One of the good things about being an entrepreneur is you have to do everything, and sometimes that can be difficult. One of the things that's so good about working with Katrina, she helped me, and a whole lot of other people who I work with here at yep Ipswich, discover their entrepreneurial genius, understanding what values we bring, the strengths we have in either our leadership style or the benefits that we bring to other people and then also learning about how we can leverage those strengths but also recognize maybe we're not so good at and work out how we can find other people and work with them.
