There are heaps of business coaches out there, so why should I choose you?

Great question; thanks for asking. I won’t ramble on about my achievements or qualifications because, although they’re important, choosing the right business coach goes deeper. 

I know what it’s like to go from being motivated and full of hope to feeling lost and frustrated. I stopped believing in myself, and I knew that I was no longer aligned with my goals and purpose. Instead, I was buried in compliance and dealing with crappy staff issues, difficult people, endless red tape and bureaucratic practices.

Are your sessions confidential?

Yes. Personal information and what we discuss are never shared. As your business coach, I have a duty not to disclose any information obtained during our coaching relationship without your explicit permission.  

With me as your trusted confidante, you can talk freely and let your guard down, knowing that your confidentiality is 100% guaranteed. Your honesty is what we need to overcome your leadership, team or systems barriers and move you towards your goals.

What is your coaching style?

I love this question! The coaching relationship is built on mutual trust and respect. It’s a two-way street, and I wholeheartedly believe that we need to be a good fit for you to benefit and get great value from my coaching and expertise. I encourage all my potential clients to book a free clarity session so we can get to know each other before you commit. 

Now, my coaching style is not for the faint of heart. If you’re looking for a ‘yes-man’, a person who agrees with you on everything, who doesn’t challenge you or encourage you to challenge yourself, then I’m not for you.

I’m honest and nurturing. I’ll challenge and support you. I’ll ask you the hard questions and be by your side as you find the answers. The thing is, I’m not here to do it for you, but I am here to give you what you need to move forward. My goal is to help you develop, grow, learn, gain confidence, get clarity and open your mind by listening and holding space for you.

Do you offer custom workshops for teams?

Booking a clarity session is the perfect starting point. The session is obligation-free and won’t cost you a centjust your time. We’ll chat about what’s going on with your team or business and where you’d like to be. It’s also a great opportunity to get answers to your questions, so you can be confident you have all the information you need to make the right decision for your business or organisation. 

Can I book a single session with you, rather than an ongoing program?

Yes. Although the greatest results and transformations come from long-term coaching relationships, my door is always open for new or past clients who just want a single session. If you have an issue or problem that’s keeping you awake at night or need a fresh perspective from someone you can bounce an idea off, I’ve got you covered. You can quickly and easily book a single 90-minute Zoom clarity session.

The session gives us plenty of time to explore what’s going on with you right now. We’ll break it down, talk through any major roadblocks and work out what’s needed to move you forward. I’ll follow up afterwards with session notes to help clarify our discussion and give you action steps to keep you motivated and accountable. Plus, you’ll save time and money because you won’t travel to meet me in person.

What is a 'profiling' session and how do I book one?

Profiling sessions are a great way to get insights into your own leadership style. Furthermore, if you’ve ever wondered why some things come easily to you as a leader but other things not so much, profiling will give you the answers you’re looking for.

How do you deliver your support and programs?

That depends on the type of support you’re looking for. 

Leadership Dynamics coaching to help you become a more confident and impactful leader is held by video conferencing using Zoom. Video still lets us develop a great coaching relationship but reduces the need for you to travel to meet me. If you’d prefer to meet face-to-face, that can also be arranged.

My Team Dynamics  and HR Dynamics programs are delivered through a combination of face-to-face and online workshops. Finally, if you’re an existing NDIS provider and you’re keen to explore my premium NDIS Dynamics service, we’ll tailor the support to your needs and preferences. Don’t worry; we’ll talk about all this and your expectations for the delivery of your programs during your initial clarity session.

Do you provide HR Support?

If you’re looking for someone to mentor, guide and consult with on human resources and management issues, I’m your person. I am a professional member of the Australian Human Resource Institute, and I hold a Bachelor of Business Management in Human Resources and Marketing.

My Systems Dynamics services help you establish and implement a human resource framework with practises, policies and procedures that support your people to do great work.

What I am not is an industrial relations lawyer, and I don’t provide specialised industrial relations (IR) support like helping your business negotiate awards and agreements or mediating workplace grievances. However, I have colleagues and connections who do exactly that, so rest assured that if it’s IR help you need, you’ll get it. If you’re not sure whether you’re looking for HR support or HR coaching, let’s chat. 

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. I understand that investing in a business coach is a big financial decision. For my Leadership Dynamics program, monthly instalments make it easier for you to afford my help without making a lump-sum payment. This means you can get the support you need and start working towards your leadership goals.

For the Team Dynamics and System Dynamics programs, you can pay in instalments, as agreed, or according to your project or workshop's duration.      

All other support, such as a Leadership Profiling Session or 90-minute clarity session, must be paid in full before the session.

Do you work with NDIS start-up businesses?

No. I work with existing NDIS providers who are already registered and have been providing NDIS services for at least one year. If this describes your business, you and I can work together through my premium NDIS Dynamics program.
